Malcolm Hall - Company History

  Company History

Malcolm Hall first traded in 1991 in Croydon, Surrey.   His training at the London College of Fashion and his experience in the fashion industry gave him the confidence to "go it alone".

Malcolm first specialised in waistcoats (for ladies and gentlemen) and also accessories - cummerbunds, ready tied bow ties and self-tie bow ties.   The tailoring aspect grew when customers saw Malcolm's own suits and so jackets were added to the range of "off the peg" garments.   A full tailoring service is now offered to all our customers.

Our fabrics are constantly changing and we make a limited number of garments in each material.   This ensures that the range remains more exclusive and we can offer a wider choice of colours and styles.

We work with many different types of fabric, amongst them silk, cotton, velvet, brocade and linen.    Customers are welcome to provide their own fabric, especially for wedding orders, should they wish to.   Please contact us for prices for individual orders.

We attend many shows around the United Kingdom each year - predominantly agricultural shows and horse trials - please visit our Events page to see a full list of venues.

We hope you like what you see on our site and that you will become a regular customer!
