POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
All orders will be dispatched within 4 working days of receipt and payment if items are in stock. In the case of an item being out of stock and new accessories being in the process of production, orders will be dispatched no later than 14 days from receipt and payment. With the personal service offered we hope you understand that sometimes a slightly longer delivery service may be necessary but you will always be informed if this should be the case.
RETURNS POLICY
Should there be any fault with the item you have purchased please return it to us within 7 days and we will replace it or give a full refund if the item is no longer available. We DO NOT accept returns of unwanted items but will exchange unworn items for a different design if required: postage will charged at cost. A credit note will be issued for returned items.
PLEASE REMEMBER YOU ARE BUYING AN INDIVIDUALLY MADE ITEM THAT IS PRODUCED IN A LIMITED QUANTITY - THIS IS NOT MASS PRODUCTION.
